When you can’t sleep!

1 cup of honey
3 tsp of apple cider vinegar
Put it in a wide mouth jar and take it to bed with you. At bedtime take 2 tsp. You should be sleep in 30 min. If you are still staring at the ceiling take 2 more tsp. If you wake up during the night repeat the process.
