I apologize that this is so late but something else has been on my mind other than tea. I’m still steeping like crazy, of course. Anyway, today we are going to continue to fall in love with tea for it’s medicinal powers. The choice selection is Oolong Tea.

    1. It is. Stay tune for the rest of the series. Part 1 was about Green Tea and it’s benefits. I drink tea all day. When I learned of the benefits two years ago I had to make the switch from coffee.
